We’re looking for a bold, trend-savvy Creative Director – Short Form to lead the creative vision behind all short-format content for our personal brand.

This is not a traditional creative role — we need someone who understands what makes content viral, can think in series, formats, and hooks, and can turn ideas into high-performing content at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the creative direction for all short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Conceptualize and launch campaigns, episodic series, and viral formats
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative frameworks for content execution
• Oversee the content team (videographers/editors) and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with Marketing & PR teams to align content with business and brand goals

What Success Looks Like

• Launch of new creative campaigns and content series
• Measurable increase in engagement (likes, shares, watch time)
• Consistent on-time delivery of content calendars
• Strong brand consistency across all content
• Creation of viral or high-performing content (views, reach, impact)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in short-form content strategy and creative direction with high-profile influencers (5M+ audience) is preferred
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends
• Ability to think in formats, hooks and storytelling structuresExperience managing or guiding creative/content teams
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand, audience and storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
