Job summary

Fuelerate helps Shopify brands grow through data-driven testing and design. We are seeking a CRO specialist to plan, launch, and manage experiments, and to review redesigns with our internal frameworks.

You will analyze GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to reveal funnel friction, translate data into clear client recommendations, and lead onboarding calls plus ongoing progress reporting with designers, developers, and PMs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency CRO experience.
• Hands-on Shopify store experience.
• Proficiency with GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings.
• Ability to extract practical insights from data.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Confidence in client-facing communication and account management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage CRO tests for clients.
• Review CRO redesigns using internal frameworks.
• Analyze heatmaps, GA4, and session recordings to identify funnel friction.
• Turn data into simple, clear client recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and PMs.
• Own assigned client accounts and communications.
• Lead onboarding calls, recurring client meetings, and progress reporting.
