SKELAR in Dubai invites a growth-design professional to design and optimize marketing funnels, craft user flows for landing pages, and run rigorous CRO experiments. You will validate hypotheses using A/B tests, analyze competitor funnels, and study user behavior with internal analytics tools.

Collaborating with designers, developers, and analysts, you will present research findings and defend design decisions while growing towards senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in web design.
• Proficiency in Figma and design tooling.
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Business-oriented mindset focused on conversion growth (CRO).
• Ability to present research results, concepts, and brainstorm ideas structurally.
• Ability to argue design decisions and accept constructive feedback.
