Job summary

You will verify BOMs and material availability before releasing Work Orders, lead shop-floor meetings, and submit weekly performance reports to management while ensuring ISO 9001 process compliance. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Plan and control production schedules based on capacity and resources.
• Read GA drawings and BOMs; verify material availability before releasing Work Orders.
• Lead shop-floor control systems, job cards, production boards and quality checkpoints.
• Attend daily production meetings and provide weekly performance reports to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on shop-floor operations and ensure 60%+ of time on the shop floor.
• Maintain cost control, safety, housekeeping and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Ensure ERP systems accuracy and material flow from stores to production.
