Aufgaben

• Production oversight and quality control; supervise cutting, punching, bending and welding to specs.
• Directly supervise fabrication personnel; assign tasks and monitor workflow to reduce idle time.
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely material requisitions; maintain organized work areas (5S).
• Enforce safety policies; ensure machinery is operated safely and maintained; report malfunctions.
