ABC in Dubai is seeking a Production Floor Working Supervisor for a stainless steel laser cutting and bending workshop. You will plan daily production, supervise operators, read drawings, and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sheet metal fabrication, 2+ years supervising on the shop floor, and hands-on fiber laser cutting and press brake experience. Fluency in English required; Hindi/Urdu/Arabic preferred. Immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication, including stainless steel.
• Minimum 2 years supervising production teams on the workshop floor.
• Hands-on fiber laser cutting experience including nesting and cut quality.
• Practical knowledge of press brake bending and bend accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work within tolerances.
• Knowledge of SS304 and SS316 grades and finishes.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Supervise laser and press brake operators, helpers, and drivers.
• Read drawings and ensure nesting, cutting, and bending per specs.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Maintain inventory, scrap records and material usage.
• Enforce safety, PPE and housekeeping on the shop floor.
