Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and GAAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and statements.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work with foreign clients (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and conformance to reporting standards.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Establish tables of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts.
• Analyze business operations including revenues, expenditures, financial commitments made by the company.
• Audit cash accounts on a regular basis.
• Create periodic reports for management regarding revenues/expenditures/budget comparisons.
