Job summary

JobCenter in Sharjah, UAE seeks an experienced Accountant (Indian/Egyptian national) to manage financial records and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills and fluent English.

You will prepare statements, record transactions, reconcile accounts, assist budgeting, and help ensure compliance. A UAE residence visa is required; Excel and accounting software familiarity (QuickBooks or SAP) is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years' accounting experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks or SAP preferred.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
Valid UAE residence visa required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
Reconcile bank accounts and other accounts on a regular basis.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Maintain depreciation schedules for fixed assets.
Identify discrepancies in records and report to management.
