Iconnect IT Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to run our Corporate Services Service Desk in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure every request and work order is handled to a high standard and within agreed SLAs and KPIs.

You will also manage the building's access control system, ensuring every access request is processed accurately and act as the go-to person for configuring, scripting, and improving our ServiceNow platform while keeping daily service desk operations

• Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow.
• Experience running a corporate services service desk within SLAs and KPIs.
