Job summary

Aspire Systems in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to design, customize and optimize ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM modules. You will build integrations, manage CMDB, and drive IT operations automation.

The role requires strong JavaScript skills, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, and experience with Intune, JAMF, SCCM, Azure AD, and other enterprise systems. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Software License Management.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (minimum 5-8 years of coding experience).
• Hands-on experience in scripting, custom application development, integrations, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Portal/Workspace development.
• Experience integrating Intune, JAMF, SCCM, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, and Tenable with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Discovery Patterns, and CMDB best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM/HAM/SAM/Discovery are good to have.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.
• Implement and support HAM, SAM, and ITOM solutions.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, IRE, Asset Lifecycle, and Software License Management.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and Flow Designer.
• Implement integrations with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SCCM, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph API, Tenable, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure data quality across ITSM, HAM, SAM, and ITOM modules.
