Responsibilities

• Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.
• Maintain accurate project records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues. Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts.
• Ensure uninterrupted system operation.
• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed.
• Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements.
• Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks. Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.
• Material coordination.
• Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.
