Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a capable Service Desk Administrator to operate and administer the Corporate Services Service Desk, delivering tasks and work orders to meet SLAs and KPIs. You will also manage access provisioning and maintain service quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, ServiceNow experience (cert preferred), and solid IT skills with MS Office and access control systems. Arabic is a plus, with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer the Corporate Services Service Desk to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage access provisioning and operate the access control system.
• Schedule tasks, generate reports, and prioritize urgent requests.
• Handle calls to the Service Desk and assist with inquiries.
• Produce time and attendance reports and perform inventory checks.
• Carry out administrative tasks for the department as assigned.
