Job summary

Fairmont Ajman is seeking an F&B Attendant – Russian Speaker to deliver warm, personalized service to guests while upholding our standards of presentation and hygiene. You will communicate with Russian-speaking guests in Russian, present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

The role requires previous luxury-hotel experience, a high school diploma, fluent Russian, good English, and a flexible schedule; we offer comprehensive benefits

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide attentive and personalized food and beverage service throughout the guest experience.
• Communicate confidently with Russian-speaking guests in Russian, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take and accurately process guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are communicated to the relevant team members.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the restaurant’s menus, promotions, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, and feedback.
• Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including mise-en-place and replenishment.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and elevate concerns to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
• Promote additional food and beverage offerings to maximize guest satisfaction and outlet revenue.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Participate in hotel training programs and continuously develop product and service knowledge.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager.

Job Description

As an F&B Attendant – Russian Speaker, you will be responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and personalized food and beverage service to our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and hygiene. • Guest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality.
