Peak Trust Global Real Estate is seeking a senior growth leader to own and optimize SEO, paid acquisition, and AI-driven execution. You will shape end-to-end SEO strategies, manage content planning with writers and designers, and drive inbound leads through multi-channel campaigns.

You will oversee analytics, conversion optimization, and reporting to leadership while collaborating with sales and advisory teams to scale revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SEO and performance marketing
• Proven ability to generate qualified inbound leads
• Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Deep understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Comfortable using AI tools for execution and automation
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
• Experience in real estate, finance, SaaS, or professional services

• End-to-end SEO strategy and execution
• Keyword research and content planning focused on buyer intent
• Topic clusters, on-page optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO
• Content planning with writers, designers, and AI tools

• Full-funnel campaign design with retargeting and remarketing
• Budget ownership with CPA and ROAS optimization
• Creative and audience testing using AI tools
• Conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• ICP definition and lead qualification frameworks
• Optimized funnels that convert into real sales conversations
• Continuous feedback loop with sales and advisory teams
• Ad creatives and copy
• Keyword clustering and content outlines
• Competitor and market analysis
• Improve internal AI workflows to scale speed and quality
• Track traffic, conversions, CAC, ROI, and lead quality
• Attribute performance to revenue outcomes
• Present clear, actionable monthly insights to leadership
