Job summary

Cosmopole Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join one of our client's teams on a full-time basis. You will lead SEO strategy, manage client relationships, and translate data into measurable business results.

The role requires 3-5 years in SEO, solid agency background, comfort working onsite with senior stakeholders, and a keen interest in AI, GEO and search evolution. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SEO experience, including agency experience.
• Strong client management skills: able to manage expectations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills across an international environment.
• Technical know-how: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and similar tools.
• Solid understanding of how AI search and GEO are changing discovery; interest in agentic experiences.
• Strong attention to detail with proofreading and quality control.
• Excellent time management and project planning skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and able to work onsite with the client.
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.

SEO MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to be embedded full time within one of our clients, a leading brand in Abu Dhabi. You will be Cosmopole’s SEO lead on the ground: part strategist, part client partner, and the person who turns search and AI visibility into real business results for one of the region’s best-known names.

You will have 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including a meaningful amount of time in an agency environment. You know what it takes to manage demanding clients, juggle priorities and still deliver measurable results. You are comfortable working inside a client’s business day to day while representing an agency, and you know how to build trust with senior stakeholders quickly.

You will be based in Abu Dhabi and able to work onsite with the client. You will be highly organised, commercially minded and confident with data. You have a genuine curiosity about where search is heading, particularly around AI search, GEO and agentic experiences, and you enjoy bringing new thinking to clients.

• Strong client management skills: able to manage expectations, influence senior stakeholders and handle challenging conversations with confidence
• Strong communication skills: able to adapt your communication style across clients and team members in a very international environment
• Technical know-how: expert knowledge of platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and similar tools
• A solid understanding of how AI search and LLMs are changing discovery, and a point of view on GEO
• A strong head for detail: able to proofread and quality control very effectively
• Excellent time management, planning and project management skills
• Based in Abu Dhabi and able to work onsite with the client
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
