Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the classic car workshop.
• Supervise, coordinate, and support mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Plan and monitor vehicle repairs, servicing, restoration, and maintenance projects.
• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical, electrical, and restoration requirements.
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on skills, workload, and project requirements.

• Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with classic, vintage, or collectible cars.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automotive systems.
• Previous experience supervising or managing a workshop team.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and projects simultaneously.
