Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the classic car workshop.
• Supervise mechanics and workshop staff, coordinating repairs and restorations.
• Plan and monitor vehicle repairs, servicing, and restoration projects.
• Inspect vehicles and determine needs for mechanical, electrical, and restoration work.
• Allocate jobs based on skills, workload, and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and quality; ensure timelines and standards are met.
• Coordinate with customers on condition, repairs, and progress.
• Review estimates, parts requirements, and schedules; manage parts sourcing.
• Maintain records of vehicles, repairs, parts, and workshop activity.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
• Maintain high workshop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve workshop issues efficiently.
• Provide training and guidance to workshop team; uphold safety and quality procedures.
• Support business with technical knowledge for restoration projects.
