WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to lead facilities operations across the region. You will drive workplace strategy, space planning, and vendor management to support business growth and employee experience.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure standards, manage budgets, and advance sustainability while coordinating travel and project-site activities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in Workplace/Facilities Management with leadership across multiple locations.
• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams in complex organisations.
• Successful development and implementation of workplace strategies supporting business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasting, cost optimisation and vendor contracts.
• Experience overseeing office expansions, relocations, fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Understanding of occupancy planning, workplace technologies, and modern workplace trends.
• Proven ability to lead change, service transformation and continuous improvement programs.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and strategic suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workplace and Facilities teams across the Middle East, promoting high performance and service excellence.
• Oversee workplace operations across all offices and project sites in the Middle East.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance, safety, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee office refurbishments, relocations, and fit-outs aligned to standards.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation; drive value without compromising service quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with standards and initiatives.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and innovative solutions for better user experience.
• Support risk management, business continuity, and travel-related operations.
