Job summary

Weatherford International Oil Field Services is seeking an experienced Well Engineer ISP to provide design screening, technical support for tenders, and project execution governance. The role covers drilling, completions, workovers, P&A, and offshore operations, with emphasis on NORSOK D-010 standards and data-driven decision making.

The engineer will leverage AI and Power BI to analyze data, develop optimized solutions, and support cross-functional teams across pre-tender through execution

Qualifications

• 8+ years in well design and operations across drilling, completions, workovers, and P&A.
• Experience as a wellsite engineer or night drilling supervisor is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of NORSOK D-010 and P&A design standards.
• Ability to use AI and data tools to analyze and present data.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational well plans and ensure alignment with the program.
• Review drilling reports and track time, depth, and KPI performance.
• Develop and review Basis of Design and well programmes.
• Conduct offset well reviews and risk assessments for tenders and operations.
• Utilize Power BI, AI tools to present data clearly.
