Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a Well Engineer ISP in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to provide well engineering design, screenings, and tender support across the well lifecycle. You will support pre-tendering, tendering activities, and project execution with expertise in drilling, completions, workover, and P&A.

Proficiency with AI and data tools like Power BI is valued. You will review drilling data, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with MOC processes, standards, and safety objectives while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design and operations across well lifecycle areas.
• Experience on wellsite as wellsite engineer or night drilling supervisor is beneficial.
• Experience with operators and integrated projects is advantageous.
• Experience in Drilling, Completion, Workover, Intervention, Production Enhancement and P&A/Decom.
• Land and offshore operations experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and ensure the well programme is understood.
• Review daily drilling reports and performance against plan.
• Track time-depth and KPIs, report deviations.
• Ensure MOC process is followed and regulatory standards met.
• Support logistics and reduce idle time and demobilisation costs.
• Align objectives with HSE requirements and drive risk assessments.
• Use AI and data tools to analyze and present results clearly.
• Prepare and maintain well programmes and risk registers.
