Gradiant is a water technology leader based in Boston, with a global footprint, seeking a Process & Proposals Engineer to design and cost water treatment solutions for industrial and municipal clients. You will lead RFP/RFQ responses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure technical and commercial viability across Tender packages.

With 8–10 years of relevant experience, you will develop process schemes, generate data sheets, and supervise drafting of proposals in alignment with client

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental, mechanical, or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of treatment technologies: DAF, MMF, MBR, MBBR, UF, RO, evaporators, ZLD.
• Experience with large FPSO projects and offshore oil and gas proposals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and tender drawings.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ response processes.
• Develop tailored tender strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Review tender documents and prepare technical and commercial clarifications.
• Coordinate risk reviews and finalise proposals for submission.
• Assist in maintaining proposal templates and costing methods.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and cost reductions.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ADOSH standards.
