Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to oversee installation, commissioning and maintenance of water treatment systems in the UAE, including RO, STP and ETP units. The role entails on-site visits, offshore travel and ensuring projects meet time and budget constraints.

You will liaise with clients, provide technical support, and lead service teams while upholding HSE standards and driving continuous improvement across installations and after-sales service.

Qualifications

• Electrical or instrumentation engineering degree required.
• Water treatment system commissioning knowledge (RO, STP, ETP).
• UAE driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service RO, STP and ETP systems at sites.
• Inspect, diagnose faults and troubleshoot plant equipment.
• Plan site visits and coordinate with clients and teams.
• Ensure compliance to HSE policies and documentation.
• Provide technical training and client support.
• Travel offshore and to high-risk countries as required.
• Lead field service activities and manage on-site tasks.
• Identify service opportunities and report findings to management.
