Job summary

MENA-Water in Sharjah is seeking a Process Engineer to lead complex water treatment projects. You will review tenders, design processes, and prepare P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, and equipment layouts, ensuring compliance with client requirements.

The role requires a chemical/process/environmental engineering degree and 3–5 years of GCC experience. You will work with procurement, cost estimation, and life cycle analysis, developing mass balances and process simulations, and supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required (Chemical, Process Engineering or Environmental Sciences).
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in process design engineering in the above-specified tasks, preferably in GCC.

Responsibilities

• Review tenders, analyze submittals and propose best solutions, including P&IDs and layout drawings.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and process design.
• Coordinate with procurement, cost estimation and life cycle analysis.
• Develop mass balances, chemical and power consumption schedules.
• Provide commissioning assistance and site troubleshooting.
• Conduct risk assessments and HAZOP studies as required.
• Liaise with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
