Job summary

Brunel in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Technical Lead to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with HSEOI standards. You will act as the technical authority at JAOSB, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvements across storage, handling, and inventory management.

The role requires a strong engineering or supply chain background, 10+ years in warehouse operations, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
Materials Management or Warehouse Systems certification preferred.
Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with HSEOI standards across warehouse operations.
Act as technical authority for warehouse ops at JAOSB, overseeing material handling and inventory.
Manage compliance docs: MSDS, MTCs, CoCs.
Develop scopes of work and technical requirements for warehouse contracts.
Provide technical support and guidance for warehouse operations.
Oversee inspection of incoming/outgoing materials for specs and quality.
Develop and maintain warehouse quality control processes for receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Investigate discrepancies and corrective actions for damaged/obsolete inventory.
Prepare and support technical scopes of work, contract evaluations, warehousing service contracts.
Establish standards for material handling, storage, preservation, and inventory in line with OEM and best practices.
Conduct technical audits/reviews of warehouse processes and ensure closure of corrective actions.
Ensure integrity and availability of material documentation (MTCs, CoCs, OEM manuals, MSDS/SDS).
Monitor storage, preservation and availability of critical spares and hazardous materials in compliance with regs.
Promote safe work practices and conduct safety briefings and technical trainings.
