Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead storekeepers and warehouse staff, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.

You will monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, document movements in the ERP system, and coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC, and Logistics. A minimum of 5 years in shipping/logistics and fluent English are required; a transport specialization degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• QMS/EMS/Health & Safety/ITC training completed.
• Bachelor’s degree in transport-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in shipping/logistics/co-ordination.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise storekeepers and warehouse staff daily.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
• Conduct periodic stock and cycle counts.
• Document material movements in ERP/system.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC, and Logistics.
• Monitor shortages and initiate replenishment requests.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Ensure safe and efficient storage to prevent loss.
• Enforce company policies and safety requirements.
• Investigate discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory and store performance reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Provide training and performance monitoring for store personnel.
• Support continuous improvement in store operations.
