Job summary

Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai is seeking a Senior Waiter/ess to join the F&B Service team. You will greet guests, explain dishes, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining the highest service standards. The role requires 1–2 years in a similar luxury setting, strong English, and familiarity with MICROS, SevenRooms, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury property or standalone/branded restaurant.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, explain ingredients and allergy information.
• Present daily specials, promote dishes and beverages, and take accurate orders including special requests.
• Manage cashiering with MICROS, process payments, and generate guest bills.
