Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a Waiter/ess to join Al Samar from October 2026, delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury setting along Madinat Jumeirah’s private coastline. The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality and experience using MICROS POS within a 5‑star environment.

The successful candidate will work across multiple outlets, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and uphold Jumeirah's renowned service standards in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud).
• Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
• 1–2 years of guest service experience in a 5‑star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, seat, and assist guests while providing menu recommendations and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay special requests to kitchen and bar.
• Process guest payments using MICROS POS and handle various payment methods.
• Maintain compliance with alcohol service regulations by checking IDs and local laws.
• Monitor sections to ensure efficient service and high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
