Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior professional for our Loan Capital Markets team. The role involves origination, structuring, pricing and execution of syndicated loans and other credit facilities across EMEA, with client meetings and proposals presented alongside senior deal team members.

You will gather market intelligence, prepare information memoranda and financing materials, manage loan syndications through the transaction lifecycle, and build strong relationships with banks, institutional investors

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in Loan Capital Markets, Loan Origination, Syndicated Finance, Corporate Banking, Project Finance or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related discipline; professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modelling, loan structuring and syndicated lending.
• Experience supporting or leading transactions from origination through execution and syndication.
• Proven ability to prepare client presentations, marketing materials and financing proposals.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and decision-making abilities.
• High professional standards, commercial judgement and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and support the presentation of financing proposals alongside senior deal team members.
• Assist in the origination, structuring, pricing and execution of syndicated loans and other credit facilities across EMEA.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, transaction presentations and internal reports.
• Gather, analyse and maintain market intelligence, pricing data and lending trends to support transaction structuring and market reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of information memoranda and syndication materials for lender distribution.
• Support the management of loan syndications throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Assist in negotiating financing terms and conditions with market participants and co-financiers.
• Work closely with coverage teams, distribution teams, execution teams and operational functions to deliver transaction objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors and other financing partners.
• Contribute to expanding and educating the investor base through engagement with potential co-financiers and market participants.
