Job summary

Rakbank is seeking an experienced SVP & Head of AI Product to lead the bank's AI delivery engine and execute the AI strategy across customer, employee, and enterprise use cases. You will scale the AI product portfolio, operationalize capabilities, and deliver measurable business value through innovative AI solutions.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams of AI product managers, engineers, data scientists, and delivery specialists while shaping the future of AI adoption within the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and track record of AI product delivery.
• Advanced degree is a plus and demonstrated experience with enterprise AI programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into an executable portfolio of AI products and platforms.
• Lead AI delivery squads for customer-facing and internal productivity AI solutions.
• Drive enterprise AI adoption by enabling teams with the right tools and platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and improvement.
• Partner with leadership to identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
• Prepare and present executive updates for senior stakeholders.
• Build strategic relationships with tech partners, vendors, and research institutions.
• Foster culture of innovation, experimentation, responsible AI, and continuous learning.
• Lead AI governance, risk management, and compliance across initiatives.
• Manage the AI Lab budget to ensure effective investments and outcomes.
