Job summary

Smart Bricks, a frontier AI lab, seeks a Head of Institutional Product to lead end-to-end product strategy for institutional capital markets. You will bridge AI/engineering work with institutions, defining direction, prioritising features, and delivering trusted solutions at scale.

You will collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-driven product surfaces, while owning outcomes and driving adoption across enterprise users.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading products for institutional, financial, or enterprise users in high-trust settings.
• Deep understanding of institutional capital workflows and how funds evaluate and transact at scale.
• Experience owning AI/ML-driven product surfaces, with focus on explainability and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the institutional product end-to-end, setting direction and prioritising roadmap.
• Shape underwriting, evaluation, and transaction workflows with real deployment outcomes.
• Translate AI/ML capability into institutional-grade product surfaces that are explainable and trusted.
• Partner with institutional users to capture needs and feed them into the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and research to reflect institutional requirements in the core system.
• Define and track metrics proving institutional value: adoption, capital deployed, retention.
