Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Visual Merchandising Associate to lead and execute visual merchandising strategies that elevate product presentation and brand image. The role requires a graduate in fine or commercial arts and 3–5 years' VM/merchandising experience, with flexibility for night shifts and weekend work to support

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in fine or commercial arts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic visual merchandising plans aligned with brand campaigns.
• Design and set up innovative displays to showcase products and attract customers.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior visual merchandising team members.
• Collaborate with store managers and interior designers to optimize layout, traffic flow and product placement.
• Ensure all visual elements are consistent with brand identity and guidelines across channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends and integrate insights into merchandising approaches.
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays coordinating with marketing and sales teams.
• Oversee and maintain VM materials, fixtures and props.
• Create visually impactful signage and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between VM manager, design and sales teams to align strategies with promotions and launches.
