Landmark Group is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to enhance in-store display across Gulf & India markets, focusing on Home Centre stores in the UAE. You will collaborate with regional VM teams to ensure consistent brand visuals and impactful product presentation.

The role requires 2-5 years in VM, with at least 1 year in retail VM, and a strong grasp of store layouts, consumer trends, and design tools. Fluency in English and local language is preferred; this is an on-site Dubai position.

Qualificações

• Graduate with VM/Interior Design focus; relevant diploma accepted.
• 2–5 years in visual merchandising, minimum 1 year in a retail VM role.
• Proficiency in interpreting consumer trends and store formats.
• Ability to read store floor plans and layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Area VMMs and VM teams to guide stores on VM standards.
• Analyse merchandising changes and schedule monthly activities.
• Identify deviations from VM standards and report them.
• Monitor sales impact of VM initiatives at store and department levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and territory VM managers to ensure brand consistency.
• Lead seasonal VM concepts and staff training programs.
• Develop and implement effective VM standards and methods.
