Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to oversee VM across its store network. You will manage props, fixtures and displays, ensuring brand standards are met during openings and ongoing campaigns.

You will collaborate with Operations, Warehouse and Marketing to plan launches, track VM inventory and optimize display budgets. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, and a UAE driving licence is preferred.

Job description

A leading jewellery retail group in the UAE is hiring an experienced strong Visual Merchandiser strong to oversee visual merchandising across its store network.

Job Responsibilities

• oversee visual merchandising across its store network
• Support the visual merchandising setup of new stores from planning through to opening
• Manage VM props fixtures and display inventory for existing stores
• Visit stores on a rotation to make sure brand VM standards are met
• Create and suggest VM concepts for new product and campaign launches
• Work closely with Operations on execution with the Warehouse on moving VM inventory and with Marketing to understand upcoming launches
• Share VM reports after each completed task and keep accurate records
• Act as the single point of contact for all stores on VM requirements
• Plan timelines and make sure every VM request is completed on schedule
• Work with the Operations team to track and control VM expenses
• Be available to work outside regular hours and on weekends when launches and deadlines require it

Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years of visual merchandising experience in jewellery retail (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with jewellery showcases, display props and lighting
• Experience with new store openings and multi-store VM rollouts
• Good coordination, planning and reporting skills; working knowledge of MS Office
• Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts or a related field preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• UAE driving licence and UAE-based candidates preferred
