Job summary

Minor International in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Villa Host to maximize guest satisfaction by providing personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to detail. You will take ownership of all villas assigned, supervise and assist to ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and lead with professionalism to uphold the highest standards for our guests.

Excellent communication and English fluency are essential; experience as a Butler/Villa Host is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler/Villa Host, preferably in a similar quality hotel.
• Friendly and outgoing behaviour.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Strong decision making abilities.
