Job summary

Minor International seeks a Villa Host in Dubai to maximize guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and efficient service. You will take ownership of assigned villas, supervise housekeeping, and ensure cleanliness and maintenance while anticipating guest needs.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to enhance the guest experience. Remote work is not offered; full-time position in a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with resort SOPs and guidelines.
• Assist Front Office with daily operations including check-in/check-out and upselling.
• Maintain high personal appearance standards and be well groomed in uniform.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and suggestions to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate guest requirements with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Meet guests upon arrival and assist with villa setup and amenities as per guest preferences.
• Ensure villa readiness and stock management for minibar and private cellar.
