Job summary

MDS System Integration Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement complex VMware-based projects. You will lead architecture, migration planning, and security policy implementation, training teams as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, and AVS expertise in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with vRNI, NSX Intelligence, and perimeter security integrations, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Deep hands-on experience with VCF 9.x/9.1, NSX-T, NSX-V, and AVS.
Strong networking/hardware skills: Cisco Nexus/Catalyst; BGP/OSPF/EIGRP.
Experience integrating security systems and firewall solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and NSX-T/NSX-V environments.
Lead migrations and replatforming of customer networks with minimal downtime.
Configure security policies and zero-trust micro-segmentation.
Oversee multi-tenant private cloud operations and Sev-1/ Sev-2 incidents.
Prepare documentation: HLD/LLD, blueprints, POC reports.
