Job summary

Easygenerator seeks a Senior UX Researcher (Product Insights) in Dubai to uncover the why behind user behaviour and translate it into actionable product insights. The role sits in Data & Insights and collaborates with Product, Design, Product Marketing and Analytics to shape roadmaps.

This senior IC role requires setting research priorities, establishing processes and leading high-impact studies end-to-end, with a portfolio showcasing research that improved products and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience.
• Proven ability to establish or build a research practice independently.
• Strong mixed-methods expertise: interviews, usability testing, concept testing, contextual inquiry, diary studies, survey design.
• Experience partnering with product designers to inform IA and interaction design.
• Comfort with product analytics and survey statistics.
• Ability to prioritise research and influence decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching non-researchers to conduct research.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain research toolkit and GDPR-compliant consent processes.
• Partner with Design for usability testing and inform decisions on navigation and IA.
• Plan and run generative and evaluative studies across discovery to post-launch.
• Design interviews, guides and feedback frameworks; coach cross-functional teams.
• Analyse conversations, transcripts and surveys to identify themes and needs.
• Synthesize signals from support tickets, reviews and churn into a single user-need view.
• Collaborate with Product Analytics to combine behavioural and attitudinal data.
• Translate insights into prioritised opportunities, personas, Jobs-to-be-Done and journey maps.
