Job summary

KEO is inviting a highly experienced Utilities Engineer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role focuses on supervising complex utility infrastructure projects, coordinating with authorities, and ensuring quality and safety across all stages.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, review methodologies, and drive project delivery while adhering to FIDIC-based procedures and high standards of performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in utilities engineering, construction supervision, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international engineering standards.
• Experience coordinating with utility authorities and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction of wet and dry utility infrastructure works.
• Monitor contractor activities for compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Review construction methodologies, shop drawings, and method statements for utility works.
