Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Utilities BIM and CAD Modeler for their Dubai office to support major wet and dry utilities infrastructure projects through advanced 3D modeling and drafting.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks. Join us to work on high-profile projects and grow within a global engineering consultancy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CAD drafting and BIM modeling experience on wet and dry utilities projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and Level of Development requirements.
• Experience working within a Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise or BIM360 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM Lead and Design Leads to ensure compliance with project BIM policies and processes.
• Review drawings for quality, clarity, and adherence to established QA QC standards.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and generate coordination reports.
