Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a hands-on Media Buyer to drive mobile app user acquisition through Facebook Ads and Google Ads. You will plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns to hit CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ROMI targets across iOS, Android, and PWA.

Collaborate with designers and CRM teams, monitor tracking and attribution (AppsFlyer), conduct A/B tests, and prepare clear performance reports with actionable recommendations in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (UAC)
• Hands-on experience acquiring users for mobile products across iOS, Android, and PWA
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience optimizing campaigns based on CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, LTV, ROMI
• Experience working with AppsFlyer, conversion tracking, and attribution analysis
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and performance marketing optimization

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media buying strategies across Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive mobile app user acquisition
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to achieve CPA, ROAS, LTV and ROMI targets
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, audiences, placements, creatives, and budgets
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and structures
• Collaborate with designers and CRM teams to build high-converting acquisition funnels
• Monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and AppsFlyer attribution
• Manage advertising budgets and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
