GRS Link (Recruitment Company) is searching for a Construction Manager to lead site execution on underground utilities and civil infrastructure across Dubai and Al Ain. The role involves managing site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, reporting to the Project Manager, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery on multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of experience including 3+ years in a senior site leadership role, and hands-on UAE experience with

Competenze

10+ years' experience in civil/construction with 3+ years as CM/SM.
Strong UAE experience on underground utilities projects.
Hands-on deep excavation, shoring and dewatering.
Experience managing subcontractors and authority approvals.
Currently based in the UAE.

Mansioni

Plan and run daily site works, resources and work fronts across one or more sites.
Oversee deep excavation shoring, dewatering and pipe laying.
Manage permits, NOCs and inspections with DEWA, RTA, DM or ADM.
Lead HSE on site including permits to work, confined space and trench safety.
Track progress, costs and variations and keep site records.
Report progress, risks and decisions needed to the Project Manager.
