Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user-centered design solutions across digital products. You will conduct user research, analyze feedback, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of UI/UX experience, a Bachelor's in design, and hands-on experience with Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Suite. You will contribute to design systems and drive rapid prototyping within Agile teams.

Qualifications

4–6 years of UI/UX design experience.
Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent.
Ability to communicate with multiple departments in a multinational organization.
Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe Suite and Figma.
Experience with user research, usability testing and rapid prototyping.
Knowledge of Agile software development process.

Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands, collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams.
Research, identify and articulate customer needs.
