Job summary
808Labs is seeking a Senior UI Designer in Dubai for web and mobile interfaces spanning AI, commerce, and digital infrastructure. You will translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and cohesive design systems while mentoring peers.
You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across products, with hybrid work and potential WFH flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong UI and visual design with a portfolio of modern interfaces.
- Experience turning wireframes into design systems and reusable components.
- Solid UX knowledge: flows, IA, interaction design.
- Hands-on front-end collaboration with HTML/CSS and React-like frameworks.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and versioning workflows.
- Ability to communicate decisions clearly and incorporate feedback.
- Experience leading design initiatives and mentoring designers.
