NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to create modern, intuitive interfaces for web applications in Abu Dhabi. You will translate business and user needs into seamless digital experiences and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes user research, usability testing, and maintaining scalable design systems while keeping up with AI-powered trends and best practices. Onsite work in Abu Dhabi is required.

Qualifications

8+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for web apps.
Strong expertise in Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web applications from research to implementation.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups and user flows.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experience.
Ensure design systems, style guides and components are consistent and scalable.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of design specs.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and AI-powered applications.
