Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) is seeking an experienced UBCTD engineer to provide technical guidance for gas storage and field development projects in the UAE. You will plan, execute and optimize UBCTD operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies and industry standards, while supporting the full project lifecycle from design to end of well reports.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review UBCTD feasibility studies and FEED reports.
• Prepare the UBCTD Basis of Design and equipment requirements
• Expert in Neotec WellFlo flow modelling for UBCTD multi-phase hydraulics.
• Perform tubing forces modelling using CT software to optimize overpull, WOB and reach.
• Analyze well history, casing logs and integrity to determine depth settings.
• Collaborate with subsurface teams for real-time biosteering and trajectory planning.
• Write UBCTD drilling programs and procedures (operational and emergency).
• Document Lessons Learned and close out NPT/Non-Conformance events.
• Compile End of Well Reports and project KPIs.
• Provide engineering support to wellsite operations; review drilling reports and ROP changes.
• Manage coiled tubing pipe integrity with vendor tools and alarms.
• Develop and revise operational procedures for live-well operations.
• Participate in ERP, HAZOP and incident simulations for safety culture.
• Perform technical risk analysis and bid evaluations with service contractors.
• Coordinate with wells teams for UBCTD site readiness.
• Stay updated on UBCTD technology and market options.
• Prepare engineering design and plan for drilling in area of responsibility.
• Monitor best practices and post-job evaluation practices.
• Engage in team meetings and KPI benchmarking with engineering teams.
