Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) seeks an experienced UBCTD Supervisor to act as the Company Representative on the wellsite, leading safety, pre-mobilisation testing, and the execution of UBCTD operations in line with programme requirements.

The role requires extensive wellsite management experience in drilling, workover, and related operations, with a strong emphasis on HSE, reporting, and coordination with contractors and SNOC leadership.

Qualifications

• Wellsite HSE management experience and safety culture leadership.
• Proven track record in drilling/workover/well services supervision.
• Strong communication and interfacing with all operation contributors.

Responsabilités

• Company focal point for pre-mobilisation/system integration testing/auditing of contractor equipment and procedures.
• Accountable for all personnel at the wellsite.
• Safety leader at the wellsite.
• Manage operations to ensure UBCTD is safe and cost-efficient, protecting personnel and SNOC objectives.
• Implement Company and Contractor HSE standards and policies at the wellsite.
• Investigate, follow up and close incidents relating to rig site personnel and equipment.
• Assist in HSE field audits, investigations, or initiatives.
• Ensure equipment and tools are available at the wellsite or on call.
• Maintain timely communication with SNOC leadership.
• Champion performance and continuous improvement for programme objectives.
• Submit daily activity reports with accurate NPT/NCR entries.
• Prepare 7 and 14 day Lookahead for logistics and planning.
• Ensure SNOC Well Control and Pressure Control Standards are met.
• Mentor less experienced contributors at the site.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities.
• Conduct and document Pre-Tour Safety Meetings.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials to the wellsite.
• Verify contractor documentation and service tickets/invoices.
• Ensure contractor equipment is properly maintained.
