Job summary

EDGE Group's ADASI division is hiring an Integration and Test Engineer – Program Engineer to lead multidisciplinary I&T efforts for UAV/UCAV programs. You will ensure components, subsystems, GCS, and test infrastructure integrate and meet program objectives, quality and safety requirements.

This senior role interfaces with Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Flight Test, Quality, Supply Chain and external suppliers to keep milestones on track and drive robust test plans across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive aerospace/defense/UAV experience.
• Experience in integration, test, production readiness, facilities, or industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve I&T capability for UAV/UCAV programs.
• Define facilities, equipment, tooling and test infra.
• Lead planning of I&T facilities, labs and workshops.
• Define facility layouts, utilities and environmental needs.
• Translate program requirements into I&T tasks.
• Coordinate I&T with engineering, manufacturing, QA and suppliers.
• Create execution plans, schedules and milestones.
