Job summary

Midea Group seeks an experienced Logistics Director to lead UAE operations, covering import/export, warehouse management, and last-mile delivery. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimize costs, and manage a multi-site logistics network across seven Emirates.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in logistics with UAE exposure, strong ERP/WMS/TMS skills, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus. This leadership role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-s degree or above in Logistics/Supply Chain/International Trade preferred.
• 8+ years of logistics management experience, including UAE local logistics management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• Familiar with UAE import/export regulations and ESMA/Free Zone policies.
• Proficient with WMS/TMS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Oversee import customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Manage UAE warehouses (owned/3PL) and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supervise last-mile delivery across all Emirates and optimize routes.
• Coordinate UAE export operations and related documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all logistics activities.
• Lead 3PL/vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and logistics digitalization (EDI, dashboards).
