Job summary

Teamware Solutions in the UAE is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist/Project Manager to lead UAE e-invoicing implementation and digital compliance projects across fintech and tax tech domains. You will drive cross‑functional delivery, stakeholder alignment, and end‑to‑end project governance.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and hands-on oversight of planning, UAT, go‑live readiness, and post‑go-live support with client-facing responsibility.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of project management experience.
• Digital transformation experience in fintech or tax tech.
• Experience with SaaS and system integration.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, client-facing projects.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle complex implementations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UAE e-invoicing implementation projects.
• Coordinate with finance, tax, IT, product, implementation, and customer teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Manage documentation, compliance tracking, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Drive proactive outcomes beyond task tracking.
