Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead a team of Lead and Senior Implementation Consultants delivering complex e-invoicing solutions for global enterprise customers.

You will own team performance, delivery quality and resource strategy, while remaining a credible technical voice in customer, partner and commercial conversations. Hybrid and international projects may be involved, with a strong emphasis on leadership and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise software implementation and systems integration in a B2B environment with SAP or Oracle strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in people management roles leading technical delivery teams of 5 consultants in customer-facing environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex multi-country multi-ERP implementation programs from discovery through go-live.
• Strong working knowledge of O2C and P2P processes ERP integration patterns (API SFTP HTTPS) and enterprise data formats (XML JSON EDI CSV).
• Demonstrated experience in commercial scoping SOW authorship and pre-sales solutioning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills credible with both executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8–12 Lead and Senior Implementation Consultants, owning hiring, performance management, career development and retention.
• Drive optimal resource allocation and utilization across concurrent implementation programs balancing delivery demand with team capacity.
• Provide senior technical oversight across all active implementation projects ensuring quality and alignment with standards and customer requirements.
• Establish and govern delivery standards, integration patterns and reusable assets, SOW templates, estimating models and discovery frameworks.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Consulting on strategic pursuits supporting pre-sales, scope, effort estimation and deal governance.
